Students of the Undergraduate Study Program in Social Welfare Science are expected to be:

| 4 | Capable of applying managerial concepts of social service organizations, policy formulation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and performance evaluation of social service organizations. |
| 5 | Capable of applying the interpersonal skills of drug addiction counselors and empowering clients who are victims of drug abuse (facilitating, teaching/educating, and providing support). |
| 6 | Capable of applying Bintang's values in carrying out duties as a social worker (community), psycho-social counseling, social policy advocacy, and drug addiction counseling, managerial in Human Service Organization. |
