The Undergraduate Program in Public Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FISIP USU), organized a workshop entitled "Building Personal Branding and Preparing an LPDP Scholarship Application toward a Master's Degree". The event was held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at the Multipurpose Hall of FISIP USU, starting at 08.30 WIB. This training was specifically designed to provide comprehensive guidance and practical strategies for students and alumni who aspire to pursue master's degree education through the LPDP scholarship program.
During the workshop, participants gained direct insights from practitioners and experts in their respective fields. The speakers were Adam Wira Sanjaya, S.Tr.Ak., an LPDP Awardee from University College London (UCL), United Kingdom, in the Innovation Public Policy and Public Value, MPA program, and Eka Danta Jaya Ginting, S.Psi., MA, from the Professional Training field. The interactive discussion and presentation sessions were moderated by Nur Afifah, S.AP., MPA.
Through this activity, FISIP USU continues to demonstrate its commitment to improving the quality of graduates so that they are able to compete at the national and international levels. In addition to learning technical strategies for preparing LPDP scholarship application documents, participants were also equipped with an in-depth understanding of the importance of building strong personal branding as an added value in the selection process. This activity is expected to serve as an initial step for the FISIP USU academic community to achieve accomplishments and pursue further studies at the world's leading universities.
