The Undergraduate Program in Anthropology organized specialized training to equip students for international conference presentations. The activity focused on mastering techniques for preparing communicative presentation slides and organizing the flow of materials so that complex ethnographic research findings could be presented concisely and attractively. Through visual review sessions, participants were trained to select visual structures, key points, and relevant field data so that scientific messages could be well understood by audiences from different countries.
In addition to preparing visual media, the students also received intensive training on techniques for delivering presentations orally in English. The training covered pitching, writing simulations, voice intonation, and strategies for responding to critical questions from audiences and examiners. Through these interactive simulations, the students not only improved their technical language skills but also developed their confidence so that they would be ready to perform professionally and present their academic ideas on the global stage.
