PT YOT Muda Sukses organized the educational and inspirational program entitled Muda Sukses Roadshow (MSR) 2026 at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU). The activity was also attended by the Director of the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Affairs of USU, Prof. Dr. Ir. Agus Purwoko, S.Hut., M.Si., IPU, and the Secretary of the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Affairs of USU, Dr. Fatwa Imelda, S.Kep., NS.M.Biomed, M.Kep., together with representatives of Young On Top (YOT).
The presence of university leaders and YOT representatives affirmed a shared commitment to responding to the dynamics of changing times, economic uncertainty, and rapid technological developments. Through this collaboration, Muda Sukses Roadshow was held to equip students with two crucial competencies, namely leadership and financial literacy. These competencies serve as important foundations for students in preparing for professional careers and starting sustainable businesses.
As part of the event series, participants had the opportunity to learn directly from practitioners and leaders who shared their experiences, self-development strategies, and approaches to wise financial management. The synergy between the Directorate of Student Achievement and Alumni Affairs of USU and YOT is expected to provide a tangible positive impact in developing a generation of young people who are excellent, adaptive, and highly competitive.
