The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara, continues to strive to optimize administrative governance to create responsive and integrated workflows. This effort was realized through a Correspondence Administration Coordination activity within FISIP USU, led directly by the Head of the FISIP USU Administrative Office, Elvi Sumanti, S.T., M.Hum. This strategic meeting served as a crucial forum for aligning document management standards across all work units so that academic and non-academic services could be carried out more effectively.
The activity took place with high enthusiasm and featured interactive discussions on mapping letter distribution workflows, addressing technical challenges in the field, and optimizing supporting correspondence facilities. Through continuous coordination strengthening, FISIP USU is optimistic that it can improve the quality of bureaucratic services with integrity and provide maximum satisfaction for the entire academic community and the general public.
