The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Universitas Sumatera Utara (FISIP USU) conducted Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of the 2026 Annual Work and Budget Plan (RKAT). The evaluation forum was attended by the faculty leadership, Heads of Study Programs, and administrative stakeholders within FISIP USU. The activity aimed to verify the alignment between the implementation of operational work programs at the study program level and the faculty’s strategic policy direction.

During the meeting, each study program presented its accountability report and progress updates on the implementation of priority programs and budget absorption. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted to assess the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU), covering academic activities, governance strengthening, and student development. The forum also served as a platform for identifying operational challenges and formulating appropriate mitigation measures and adjustments.

Through this systematic and measurable oversight mechanism, FISIP USU reaffirmed its commitment to transparent, accountable, and results-oriented financial governance. The results of the 2026 RKAT evaluation are expected to serve as a basis for determining subsequent operational policies, ensuring effective resource allocation and the continuous improvement of the quality of educational services.
