Following up on our letter Number 10705/UN5.1.R1/LLS/2024 dated March 19, 2024, we hereby inform you that due to the Academic agenda of the Computer-Based Written Examination of the National Selection Based on Test (UTBK-SNBT) scheduled for April 30 and May 2–7, 2024 (Wave I), and May 14–20, 2024 (Wave II), the graduation schedule has been adjusted as follows:

Graduation registration at the Faculty/Postgraduate School level is extended until April 26, 2024.

Submission of graduation documents from the Faculties/Postgraduate School to the Admissions and Academic Ceremony Section, Academic Bureau, 2nd Floor, BPA USU is extended until May 2, 2024 at 15.00 WIB.
