Hello, FISIP USU Academic Community!

In celebration of the 46th Anniversary of FISIP USU, we will be organizing an “Easy Passport Corner” in collaboration with the Medan Class I Non-TPI Immigration Office. Passport photo sessions will take place on Friday, November 13, 2026, at FISIP USU.

This program is exclusively intended for faculty and staff members of the FISIP USU academic community and their families, with a limited quota of 100 people.

The organizing committee will open registration for Session I until October 20, 2026. If the quota has not been filled, Session II registration will be opened.

Passport Fees:

  • 10-year e-Passport: IDR 950,000
  • 5-year e-Passport: IDR 650,000
