The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FISIP USU), held a Socialization on Dynamic Records Management activity for all educational personnel within the faculty. This strategic initiative was carried out to improve employees' understanding and skills in managing correspondence and records in a more structured, efficient, and accountable manner. Through this socialization activity, participants received in-depth materials on the principles of dynamic records management, covering the creation, use, maintenance, and disposition of records in accordance with the applicable operational standards and regulations within the university.
The socialization is expected to promote orderly administrative practices and accelerate the digitalization of records management at FISIP USU. With an integrated and systematic dynamic records management system, the accessibility and security of the faculty's administrative data can be properly maintained. The management of FISIP USU is committed to continuously supporting the development of human resource capacity to realize professional, responsive, and high-quality academic and institutional administrative services.
