The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Sumatera Utara (FISIP USU), held a Strategic Coordination Meeting entitled “Harmonizing Asset, Financial, and Human Resources Management” on the campus premises. The meeting was directly led by the Vice Dean for Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Academic Infrastructure to strengthen the efficiency of internal governance. Through this forum, all leaders and staff committed to strengthening operational synergy to promote budget transparency and more responsive integration of public services.

This consolidation initiative focused on accelerating the modernization of facilities and infrastructure as well as increasing the capacity of teaching and education personnel. Measurable asset management and efficient financial allocation are projected to serve as key foundations in supporting an excellent and competitive academic environment. With harmonization across all areas of management, FISIP USU is increasingly optimistic about transforming educational facilities and providing the best operational service standards for the entire academic community.
