The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Universitas Sumatera Utara (FISIP USU) held the Planning and Development Conference (MUSRENBANG) from Thursday to Saturday, October 12-14, 2023. The event took place at Hotel Niagara Parapat and was attended by the Dean, Vice Deans I, II, and III, the Faculty Advisory Board (DPF), all Study Program Heads, the Head of Administration, sub-division heads, and the Technical Team from the academic staff.
The event was officially opened by the Dean of FISIP USU, who emphasized the importance of aligning the Work Plan and Budget (RKA) with the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) set by the institution. The Dean urged all Study Program Heads to formulate their RKAs in a way that contributes to achieving the targeted IKU values.
