The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the Universitas Sumatera Utara has held a Family Gathering for Education Personnel from Thursday to Saturday, August 10 to 12, 2023. Located at Niagara Parapat Hotel, this activity was attended by Dr. Hatta Ridho, S.Sos., MSP as Dean, Husni Thamrin, S.Sos., MSP as Vice Dean I, Dr. Nurman Achmad S.Sos., M.Soc.Sc. as Vice Dean II, Dr. Harmona Daulay S.Sos., M.Si as Vice Dean III and all Education Personnel of FISIP USU.

The activity was opened by the Deputy Dean I. In his opening, the Deputy Dean I conveyed several important points about achieving good performance in the work environment: “In the future, it is hoped that all education personnel can provide good performance so that FISIP USU can meet the main performance index.” The activity then continued with the signing of a performance contract by all FISIP USU education personnel.

A Family Gathering with the theme “Something that is done from the heart will reach the heart” was also filled with group games that aimed to strengthen the bonding between educational staff. This three-day activity was successful and fun.
