Due to the upcoming Presidential, Vice Presidential, and Legislative Elections in 2024, the Dean of FISIP USU, Dr. Hatta Ridho, S.Sos., MSP, attended the "Indonesia's Election Visit Program (IEVP)" in Jakarta organized by the General Election Commission on 12 - 15 February 2024. IEVP activities invite Election Organizers of Foreign Countries, Representatives of Embassies of Foreign Countries, related Ministries / Institutions, Cooperating Partner Universities, and National and International Election Activists, as well as electronic and print media.

This activity includes seminars and visits to polling stations (TPS) in Jakarta on the day of voting and counting. Before the voting day, participants will be briefed on the election system, voting and counting mechanisms, and procedures while at the polling station.
