PROCEDURES FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS
MASTER’S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS
ODD SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025 – BATCH II

 

It is hereby announced to all new prospective students who have been accepted through the Admission Pathway for the Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs, Odd Semester, Academic Year 2024/2025, Batch II, that they are required to complete re-registration by following the procedures below:

I. RE-REGISTRATION

Registration and document submission shall be carried out online via http://registrasi.usu.ac.id on August 1–3, 2024. The documents to be uploaded during online registration are as follows:

  1. Passport photo with white background, 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);
  2. Original Examination Card for Admission, Odd Semester, Batch II, Year 2024;
  3. Completed and signed Statement Letter affixed with Rp.10,000 duty stamp (form available at http://registrasi.usu.ac.id);
  4. National Identity Card (KTP);
  5. Accreditation certificate of the previous study program;
  6. Drug-Free Certificate from a Government Hospital;
  7. Study permit/approval letter from employer (for those who are employed).
  8. Latest diploma and transcript:
  • Bachelor’s (S1) diploma and transcript for Master’s (S2) applicants;
  • Master’s (S2) diploma and transcript for Doctoral (S3) applicants:

Note:
Prospective students are required to regularly check http://registrasi.usu.ac.id to view verification results (Accepted/Rejected).

 

II. TUITION FEE (SPP) PAYMENT

  1. Document verification will take place on August 2–5, 2024;
  2. Virtual Account details can be accessed at http://registrasi.usu.ac.id
    on August 6–8, 2024;
  3. Tuition fee (SPP) payment must be completed on August 7–9, 2024.

 

III. COMPLETION OF STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS)

  1. Student ID Number (NIM) and password for login to the Academic Portal (https://satu.usu.ac.id) can be accessed via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. This Academic Portal will be used for online KRS completion. The KRS schedule follows the Academic Calendar for AY 2024/2025.
  2. Lectures will begin in August 2024. Before attending classes, students will receive class schedule information from their respective Faculties.
  3. Once students have obtained their NIM, a temporary Student ID Card (KTM) can be self-printed via https://registrasi.usu.ac.id.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Tuition fees (SPP) already paid are non-refundable.
  2. Prospective students who fail to register within the specified schedule may have their admission revoked.
  3. Prospective students must strictly comply with all established schedules.
