In connection with the issuance of Student ID Cards (KTM) for students of the Odd Semester, Academic Year 2023/2024, we kindly request your assistance in informing the Odd Semester 2023/2024 students within your Faculty whose Virtual Accounts are registered at Bank Mandiri regarding the KTM issuance schedule for Bank Mandiri Virtual Account holders, as follows:

Time: 08.30 – 12.00 WIB and 13.30 – 15.00 WIB
Venue: Respective Faculties
Please note that the requirements for KTM issuance and Bank Mandiri Account Opening are as follows:
Original National Identity Card (KTP) and 2 photocopies
1 photocopy of Family Card (KK)
Initial cash deposit of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah)
Pen for filling out the form
Signature must match the one on the KTP (If different, the student must bring a duty stamp)
