With respect, in relation to the Graduation Ceremony of Universitas Sumatera Utara Graduates for Period II Academic Year 2023/2024, which is planned to be held on February 5–6, 2024 at the USU Auditorium, it is hereby requested that you advise all students in your respective Faculties not to conduct the arak-arakan tradition (parade-style escort) of graduates from the USU Auditorium to their Faculties.
Please be informed that such activities cause traffic congestion and disrupt safety within the Universitas Sumatera Utara environment.
