Referring to the letter from the Management of BTN Bank No: 75/MDN/FSUI/II/2024 dated February 26, 2024, regarding the above subject, we kindly request your assistance in informing students of the 2022/2023 academic year within your faculty whose Virtual Accounts are with BTN Bank, about the schedule for Student ID Card (KTM) distribution – BTN Batch 2, as follows:
Days/Dates: Monday to Friday, March 4–8, 2024, and Monday to Tuesday, March 12–13, 2024 (see attached schedule)
Time: 08.30 – 12.00 WIB and 13.30 – 16.30 WIB
Venue: BTN Bank KCP USU, Jl. Universitas, Gate 1, USU Medan
Please be informed that the requirements for KTM issuance and BTN Bank account opening are as follows:
Original National Identity Card (KTP) and 2 photocopies
Initial deposit of IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah)
Smartphone with internet connection and minimum phone credit of IDR 2,000 (two thousand rupiah)
Stationery for filling out the account opening form
