With due respect, in connection with the Graduation Ceremony for Period IV Academic Year 2023/2024, which is scheduled to be held on August 21–24, 2024 at the Auditorium of Universitas Sumatera Utara, we kindly request that you advise all students in each Faculty under your leadership not to conduct the traditional parade of escorting graduates from the Auditorium of Universitas Sumatera Utara to their respective Faculties.
Please be advised that such activities cause traffic congestion and disrupt security within the premises of Universitas Sumatera Utara.
