PROCEDURE FOR RE-REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS
MASTER’S (S2) AND DOCTORAL (S3) PROGRAMS
EVEN SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024
It is hereby announced to all new prospective students admitted through the New Student Admission Pathway for the Master’s (S2) and Doctoral (S3) Programs for the Even Semester of the Academic Year 2023/2024 that re-registration must be carried out according to the following procedures:
I. RE-REGISTRATION
Registration and submission of documents are carried out online via http://registrasi.usu.ac.id
on 24–28 January 2024. Documents to be uploaded during online registration include:
a. Passport photo with a white background, dimensions 400x600 pixels (maximum 1 MB);
b. Original Examination Card for Even Semester Admission 2024;
c. Completed and accurate Statement Letter affixed with Rp.10,000 stamp duty and signed (the form can be downloaded from http://registrasi.usu.ac.id);
d. Identity Card (KTP);
e. Diploma and most recent transcript:
Bachelor’s degree for Master’s (S2) applicants
Master’s degree for Doctoral (S3) applicants
f. Accreditation certificate of the previous study program;
g. Drug-Free Certificate from a Government Hospital;
h. Study permit from the employing institution (for those already working).
II. TUITION FEE (SPP) PAYMENT
Document verification will take place on 25–29 January 2024;
Tuition fee payment via Virtual Account can be accessed at http://registrasi.usu.ac.id
on 31 January – 1 February 2024.
III. STUDY PLAN CARD (KRS) FILLING
Student Identification Number (NIM) and password to access https://satu.usu.ac.id
can be found through https://registrasi.usu.ac.id. The academic portal is used to complete online KRS from 2–4 February 2024.
Lectures will follow the academic calendar of Academic Year 2023/2024.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Tuition fees (SPP) that have been paid are non-refundable.
Prospective students who fail to report within the specified schedule may have their admission revoked.
Prospective students must comply with all predetermined schedules.
